Your Role:
- Support wealth advisors to deliver superior client service and remain available to respond to client requests.
- Carry out day‑to‑day operations related to financial transactions (e.g., buying and selling securities, making required adjustments).
- Execute deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions for all investment accounts and ensure rigorous follow‑up.
- Analyze and open client files and keep them up to date.
- Produce portfolio management reports.
· Coordinate the administrative workflow of client accounts, ensuring effective agenda management, timely appointment scheduling, and thorough preparation for client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
- Take charge of the team’s marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation, and the implementation of activities that support the team’s development.

National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is the fifth‑largest securities brokerage firm in Canada. With nearly 1,000 wealth advisors managing the assets of more than 400,000 clients across approximately 100 branches. Requirements:
- Completed college and/or university degree in a field related to the position
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in banking (back office), insurance, and/or finance
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) completed, OR commitment to complete it within 12 months of hiring
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding customer service skills
