We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Bilingual Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The candidate selected for the job will receive the tools and training to become successful at the job.

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered.

- Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs.
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
- Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge through product knowledge training.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience.
- Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running environment
- Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision.
- Answer incoming phone calls & Respond to general inquiries from customers.
- General clerical work and other administrative functions as required to support office areas
- Enters data from customers into various software programs
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Skills required:
- Bilingual- Fluent in French and English
- Positive Attituede
- Self-motivated
- Good to have industry experience.
- Good to have an experience with Kitchen designing software.
