Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls courteously in both French and English.
  • Contact patients by phone, text, or email to:
    • confirm, modify, or cancel appointments;
    • provide pre- or post-appointment instructions;
    • share general information (hours, location, preparation, required documents, etc.).
  • Manage voicemail and clinic emails with accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments in the system based on availability.
  • Verify and update patient contact and administrative information.
  • Identify urgent situations and refer them to the appropriate clinical staff.
  • Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and administrative staff.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all medical and personal information.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday only.
  • Salary based on experience.
