Passionate about the hairdressing industry and looking for a permanent position as Assistant Director, Sales in the Lower Laurentians?

Chalut - Beauty Systems Group (Canada), Inc., a leading supplier of professional beauty products, is looking to fill this position.

By joining our team, you will assist the Senior Sales Director. You will be supported through an approximately 18-month development plan and career path to access to the Sales Director role.

Some of your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Manage and coach the sales teams (stores and Field Sales representatives) enabling them to reach sales targets.
  • identifying new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and build relationships with customers and manufacturers.

Requested skills

  • 10+ years of experience in the hairdressing or beauty industry in the province of Quebec (ideally B2B).
  • Leadership and experience in multi-site management (23 stores), sales team management (40 representatives), and marketing services.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with industry manufacturers and to execute a field action plan.
  • Bilingualism.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and MS Office.
  • Experience with Microsoft D 365 software is an asset.
  • Proficiency with sales, profitability and customer loyalty indicators.
