Reporting to the Senior Clinical Manager, Patient and Family Experience, the full-time, permanent Engagement Lead will lead patient and family engagement work within the Patient and Family Experience team and Quality, Experience and Safety portfolio. This includes supporting the work of the PFE teams with patient and family partners, including the Patient and Family Partners Program and advisory committees. This role will also lead staff capacity building related to patient and family engagement, developing and delivery of education and training for teams and the collection and analysis of experience data, including through CAMH’s new experience surveys deployed using Qualtrics. This position will work collaboratively with the Quality Excellence Council and Quality Working Groups to review experience data for the purposes of identifying quality improvement opportunities. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing correspondence, preparing formal reports and presentations, and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (such as healthcare administration or business administration) or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. You will also have:
