We are looking for a Sandblasting Attendant (Shot Blaster)

  • Day schedule over 4 and a half days (we close at noon on Fridays)

Your daily tasks will be to:

  • Perform abrasive blasting (sandblasting) of parts according to established procedures.
  • Sand, clean, and degrease surfaces.
  • Prepare parts prior to painting or other finishing processes.
  • Mask areas that must not be painted.
  • Inspect surface quality before parts enter the painting process.
  • Correct surface imperfections when required.
  • Ensure all surfaces meet the company's quality standards.
  • Verify the consistency and uniformity of the blasting and surface preparation.
  • Report any anomalies or issues that could affect the quality of the finished product.
