Description
Located in Laurier-Station, 20 minutes from St-Nicolas, Centre de réparation Laurier 2021 is one of the automotive body repair and paint shops within the CarrXpert network, which is currently the banner that stands out in Quebec. In addition to this, we have developed our industrial division in order to offer another range of services to several partners. We are looking for a Sandblasting Attendant (Shot Blaster)

- Day schedule over 4 and a half days (we close at noon on Fridays)
Your daily tasks will be to:
- Perform abrasive blasting (sandblasting) of parts according to established procedures.
- Sand, clean, and degrease surfaces.
- Prepare parts prior to painting or other finishing processes.
- Mask areas that must not be painted.
- Inspect surface quality before parts enter the painting process.
- Correct surface imperfections when required.
- Ensure all surfaces meet the company's quality standards.
- Verify the consistency and uniformity of the blasting and surface preparation.
- Report any anomalies or issues that could affect the quality of the finished product.

- Knowledge of abrasive blasting processes.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to operate industrial equipment.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.
- Experience in industrial surface preparation, abrasive blasting, automotive body repair, or a related field is considered an asset.
