We are looking for an independent, detail-oriented, and professional individual with at least 2 years of experience in dent removal.
Responsibilities:
Perform dent removal work on various types of vehicles.
Carry out minor and major body repairs.
Read, interpret, and follow repair estimates.
Ensure high-quality work that meets industry standards.
Collaborate effectively with other team members to meet repair deadlines.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in dent removal.
Ability to read and interpret estimates in Audatex and Mitchell.
Self-motivated, meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented.
Good team spirit and excellent collaboration with colleagues.
Punctuality, professionalism, and a commitment to a job well done.
What We Offer:
Salary: starting at $38/hour, depending on experience
Permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week).
