Are you detail-oriented, passionate about vehicles, and proud of a job well done? Join our team! We’re looking for an Auto Painter to help refurbish vehicles with a constant focus on quality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming).
- Mix and adjust colors according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
- Apply coats of paint, base coat, and clear coat using specialized equipment.
- Perform any necessary touch-ups to ensure a flawless finish.
- Check the quality of the work performed before the vehicle is delivered.
- Maintain equipment and keep the work environment clean and safe.
- Comply with health and safety standards as well as the manufacturer’s procedures.
- Collaborate with members of the body shop team to ensure efficient service.
- Experience in automotive painting (a plus).
- DEP in auto body repair or automotive painting (a plus).
- Good knowledge of paint preparation and application techniques.
- Attention to detail, thoroughness, and a commitment to quality.
- Team player, self-motivated, and organized.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
