Description
Join Capgemini as a Technical Software Project Engineer and play a key role in supporting and improving aviation software solutions used by airlines worldwide. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and product leadership to ensure our customers products deliver maximum value and reliability.
Your role- Provide domain-specific technical support for all customer products
- Analyze customer tickets and feedback to identify bugs, product issues, and enhancement opportunities.
- Collaborate with development teams to prioritize fixes and improvements using Agile methodologies.
- Validate technical changes and ensure quality before product delivery.
- Act as the product expert for internal teams and external customers, offering accurate and timely solutions.
- Track progress of development activities and ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Contribute to product strategy by translating customer insights into actionable development goals.
Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelors Degree in Aeronautics or Software Engineering.
Experience with aviation software, flight operations, or aerospace systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Familiarity with Agile development and product lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Experience with Jira or Confluence.
Have project management experience.
