Job Description
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management, Email Alerts, and Marketing Cloud integration.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, including REST APIs, outbound messaging, and third-party tool integration
  • Experience with Jira, Visual Studio, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Lead the technical design and architecture of the end-to-end solution based on the approved process map and business requirements
  • Collaborate with Element’s Product and Project Managers to define sprint plans, phased launches, and integration strategies
  • Oversee the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks
  • Guide the integration of third-party systems (e.g., Qualtrics, Medallia) and ensure alignment with Salesforce architecture
  • Support UAT, deployment, and hypercare phases by providing technical oversight and issue resolution
