Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead with deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and a strong background in system integration, technical leadership, and agile delivery. This role will be pivotal in designing and leading the implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design and architecture of end-to-end Salesforce solutions based on approved business requirements and process maps.
  • Provide technical leadership to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with Product and Project Managers to define sprint plans, phased launches, and integration strategies.
  • Oversee the integration of third-party systems (e.g., Qualtrics, Medallia) ensuring alignment with Salesforce architecture.
  • Guide the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud features including Case Management, Email Alerts, and Marketing Cloud integration.
  • Support UAT, deployment, and hypercare phases by providing technical oversight and resolving issues.
  • Ensure robust version control and development workflows using tools like Git, Jira, and Visual Studio.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management and Marketing Cloud integration.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns: REST APIs, outbound messaging, and third-party tool integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Visual Studio, and Git or other version control systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Application Architect).
  • Experience in the financial services domain is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
