Your Role
  • Lead formal design verification activities for new multi-standard radio hardware, ensuring compliance with 3GPP standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases.
  • Document detailed test plans and results, contributing to the transparency and traceability of verification efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the hardware development lab environment to support evolving testing needs.
  • Take ownership of RF verification workflows and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Support antenna pattern and over-the-air testing initiatives as part of broader system validation.
  • Contribute to the strategic goals of the Radio Verification team through innovation and technical leadership.
Your Skills and Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in radio performance verification, including NR, LTE, WCDMA, and/or GSM technologies.
  • Strong background in 3GPP physical layer verification and/or conformance testing, with hands-on experience using RF test equipment.
  • Solid understanding of wireless systems, communications theory, and 3GPP physical layer performance standards.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with antenna pattern testing or over-the-air testing is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency with RF test instruments such as Agilent, R&S, and Anritsu, and familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
