Job summary

The Office Associate is responsible for conducting administrative and office work for the store. This role involves handling and protecting sensitive and confidential information on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

Seasonal / Temporary Position for Service Department
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Retrieving and returning voicemails
- Scheduling phone appointments
- Maintaining and compiling a ‘wait list’ for tire installations during busiest days
- Helping to pick parts and tires occasionally
- Break and lunch coverage on front counter
Must have excellent customer service skills, be adept at computer work, be able to gather pertinent information and relay in a clear and concise manner and have great organizational skills. This will be a position that will be fast-paced and will require someone to think on their feet.

Requirements / Skills

• Experience in an office role
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Results-oriented and team-oriented.
• Proficient in office software systems.
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt and cope with challenging situations and make decisions
• Experience in retail sales, execution and operations (asset)
