THE ROLEJoin us as our Talent Acquisition Strategy Coordinator and become a key contributor to our recruitment efforts. You’ll ensure our tools run smoothly, data is accurate, and our presence on professional networks consistently reflects our values.
You’ll take the lead in data analysis and reporting-using research and needs assessments to provide leadership with clear insights and recommendations. Your work will turn information into decisions and drive continuous improvement.
You will help coordinate and support plans for organizational growth, national recruitment campaigns, and specialized programs-including our relocation initiatives. This includes maintaining and updating tactical plans, creating training and communications that empower teams, collaborating with partners to expand pipelines, and representing the organization’s image by responding to requests from internal clients and candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, AND several years of experience in human resources, program design/management, or in a related field
Experience
In researching and analyzing data for trends in recruiting
In drafting, maintaining and coordinating compliance processes related to relocation programs
In interpreting, and applying policies, procedures, and regulations
In tracking and maintaining records
In budget administration
In researching and analyzing data for trends and inefficiencies
In preparing and delivering presentations, training, communications material and reports
In providing recommendation to managers and clients

OTHER INFORMATIONThis is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
