The Finance division is seeking a highly motivated, organized and creative Strategic and Business Coordinator to help us re-define how we serve the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).
This is an opportunity to have a positive impact on the wellbeing of our members. As a Strategy and Business Coordinator, you are a strategic, detail‑oriented professional with a strong grounding in business management practices, research and development principles, communication theory, strategy management, organizational change management, and project management methodologies.
This role brings a well‑rounded understanding of how organizations operate and evolve, and applies that knowledge to support effective planning, decision‑making, and execution across diverse initiatives. This role requires someone experienced in tracking and maintaining records, analyzing and synthesizing data, and preparing clear, compelling reports and presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication or a related field, AND some years of experience in a related field OR
College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Communication or a related field, AND several years of experience in a related field

OTHER INFORMATIONThis is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
