THE ROLEIn this role, you’ll lead the CF One Member Appreciation and Affinity Partnership portfolios, driving strategic growth, revenue generation, and enhanced value for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) community. Your days are spent shaping partnership strategy, negotiating high-impact agreements, and overseeing multi-million-dollar national partnerships. You’ll guide a dedicated team, align business plans across divisions, and ensure programs meet key performance targets. You will also oversee integrated marketing strategies, budget planning, and digital enhancements such as apps, websites, and member-facing tools, while strengthening industry relationships and launching initiatives that elevate engagement and drive sustainable revenue. Every day blends strategic leadership, operational oversight, and partnership innovation to deliver meaningful benefits to CAF members.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma in business administration, marketing, buying and merchandising, or related field, AND several years of experience in category management, marketing, business development, or progressive retail experience

In planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating the operations and delivery of marketing and promotional programs for retail products and/or services
In preparing, negotiating and managing contracts and procurement agreements
In business planning
In projects management
In cost-benefit and statistical analysis
In preparing reports
In budget administration
In drafting, editing, and interpreting policies and procedures

In planning, conducting and delivering training and presentations

OTHER INFORMATIONThis is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
