THE ROLEUnder the Director of the Chief Corporate Secretariat, you will plan, develop, direct, communicate and implement objectives and strategies for Non-Public Property (NPP) Real Property (RP) and infrastructure programs, operations and services delivery by identifying opportunities for acquisition and growth. You will also research, plan, develop and direct a program for infrastructure opportunities identified within the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) that can be manages and delivered by the Organization in support of the military community, and provide recommendations to senior management. You will liaise with senior management across divisions to develop and implement an infrastructure management framework, policies, procedures, and plans governing CAF infrastructure development partnerships, programs and services for the military community by the Organization.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or a related field AND several years of managerial experience in corporate administration or a related field

OTHER INFORMATIONThis is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
