Team Leader, Internal Accounts

Under the supervision of the Manager, Sales Support - North America, you will be responsible for supervising a team, coordinating day-to-day activities, and supporting BRP’s internal teams related to government accounts (Government, Uncharted Society, PPO, Hydro‑Québec, federal contracts). You must demonstrate strong analytical skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess a solid financial background.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Lead the team responsible for internal accounts, including people management, budgeting, and reporting.

  • Provide high-level support to the internal network and sales teams to increase dealer satisfaction and contribute to BRP’s objectives.

  • Participate in the creation and deployment of program-related communications to strengthen program benefits and optimize results.

  • Support key stages of the sales process (I/O vs. OMS, model mix, replenishments).

  • Work closely with various internal departments (Shipping, Network Development, Go-to-Market, Finance, Market Planning).

  • Ensure accurate order management and contribute to daily transactions to maximize retail sales and inventory management.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College or university degree in Business Administration or a related field (e.g., Accounting).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

  • Strong leadership, team spirit, autonomy, and initiative.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is an asset.

  • Knowledge of BRP’s internal departments is an asset.
