BRP is looking for a passionate, analytical, and forward‑thinking Team Leader - Lean Logistics to drive strategic Lean logistics initiatives across all North American sites. This role offers the opportunity to shape and elevate global logistics operations within a world‑class organization. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Lead & Develop

  • Lead and grow a high‑performing logistics team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Promote a strong Lean mindset anchored in structured problem-solving and waste reduction.

Drive Lean Projects Across North America

  • Lead and execute multi‑site Lean projects across North American operations.

  • Conduct operational analyses to deeply understand processes-from packaging to warehouse flows to transportation-and identify opportunities for simplification and optimization.

  • Challenge existing practices and champion innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and cost competitiveness.

Identify & Deliver Cost Savings

  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across transportation, packaging, inventory, labor, warehousing, and space utilization.

  • Use data-driven insights, feasibility studies, and ROI assessments to guide strategic decision‑making.

  • Own and manage the budget for Lean logistics projects, including forecasting future needs.

Collaborate & Influence

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams including logistics, procurement, operations, manufacturing, and supply chain.

  • Represent logistics in governance and ensure project alignment with operational realities.

  • Create compelling executive-level presentations to communicate progress, risks, and recommendations.

Drive Performance

  • Manage end-to-end project implementation-from concept to execution-ensuring adoption at BRP sites or suppliers.

  • Monitor and improve logistics KPIs, ensuring sustainable performance gains.

  • Stay current on industry trends, Lean methodologies, technologies, and best practices.


YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or continuous improvement.

  • Proven success in delivering Lean or process optimization projects with measurable business impact.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and budgets.

  • Bilingual fluency in English and French, spoken and written.

  • Strong initiative, autonomy, and attention to detail.

  • A collaborative, strategic mindset with the ability to influence and work across teams.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
