BRP is seeking a passionate and results-driven Team Leader - Logistics Projects to lead strategic logistics initiatives, including the launch of a new production site in Asia. This is a unique opportunity to shape global logistics operations within a world-class organization. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

 

  • Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team, fostering growth and accountability. 

  • Conduct feasibility studies with a strong ROI focus to support strategic decisions. 

  • Ensure logistics readiness for the launch of a new factory in Asia. 

  • Own the budget for logistics projects and proactively forecast future needs. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, customs, and other teams to solve problems and deliver optimal solutions. 

  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in transport, packaging, inventory, and warehousing. 

  • Create compelling executive presentations to communicate project updates. 

  • Represent logistics in governance and decision-making forums. 

  • Align logistics strategies with operational realities and supply chain dynamics. 

  • Promote Lean thinking and a mindset of continuous improvement. 

 

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: 

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain optimization. 

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and budgets effectively. 

  • Demonstrated success in cost optimization with measurable business impact. 

  • Bilingual fluency in English and French, both written and spoken in order to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec

  • Strong initiative, autonomy, and attention to detail. 

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. 

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
