Description
The SAP Business Partner Order to Cash is responsible for leading the deployment and evolution of the solution within the assigned business area and plays a key role by acting as the single-point-of-contact between the end users and the Center of Excellence. Continuously analyses how the changes will impact the business area and leads the necessary actions to adapt and optimize business processes to drive improvements and ensure their sustainability over time. Leads the business requirements development and provides proper communication and training material to the end users on changes. Recognized for his/her in-depth experience and knowledge of the business domain and its processes and work in collaboration with the Center of Excellence to bring best practices forward in the business area.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
During the project's activities
Take ownership of Business ecosystem insights linked to deployed processes/features
Takes ownership of the processes/features that will be deployed
Participate in testing activities: solution and transactions
Develop, improve training & reference material
Deliver end users training and coaching prior to deployment/release
In collaboration with the ambassador, participates in the impacts analysis (current processes, roles, tools and structure) and future state communication to the business
In collaboration with the ambassador, support business readiness
Participate actively in SAP BPs community activities & training
Manage role/profile assignments Approval
During Hypercare phase
Active member of the Business support team based on defined roles and responsibilities
Support end-users questions or concerns
Log, prioritizes & manage priorities issues & defects
Ensure priorities review with Business coordinator and CoE team
Communicates status and impacts related to fixes and improvements
Fixes integrated testing (and/or coordinate with SME)
Create security provisioning request
Reinforce end-users training concepts and solution usage
Sustainment - Business integration
Act as the Single-point-of-contact (SPOC) for managers / end users within assigned business area
Refers to the BPL/Ambassador when more advanced expertise is required or the requested changes are significant.
End-user training when new features are deployed
Onboard new employees in their business area on processes and system
Maintain security end-user list for assigned business area
Work with business processes leads to establish continuous improvement goals
Small Improvements and Fixes integrated testing (and/or coordinate with SME)
Improve, and maintain training & reference material library to ensure sustainment
Analyse and interpret data to propose recommendations & improvements
Brings best practices within assigned business area to gain efficiency, improve value and lean processes, by:
attending community calls and/or leadership governance
suggesting improvements and processes updates
providing input to communications, policies, and strategies
releasing best practice guidelines and keep an eye out on trends and new features
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology or any relevant disciplines related to business. Master’s degree is an asset.
Holds from 2 to 3 years of experience in the discipline related to the business area. Experience in business analysis, process improvements, project management are a plus.
Strong interest and curiosity for technology-based solutions and knowledge of SAP/S4/Hana are highly valuable assets
Versed in Microsoft environment & SQL
Strong communication skills and being ability to clearly articulate messages to various audiences
Leadership skills and ability to influence, inspire and encourage colleagues and rally others towards a common goal
Team player with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Embrace change and ability to role-model desired to-be behaviors
Ability to plan tactics, set priorities and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Creative and ability to think out-of-the-box
Strong business acumen
Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
