Description
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Quality Management System (QMS) Project Leader supports project managers in the implementation of new cybersecurity and NPD 3.0 rules. The person in this position monitors, controls, and archives project deliverables; acts as a liaison between the NPD team and project managers in monitoring and addressing the specifics of all deliverables; ensures the consistency of project management data, facilitates decision-making, and contributes to the achievement of objectives in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality.
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Integrate new activities related to cybersecurity and NPD 3.0 into the Ski-Doo team;
Work closely with project managers to establish and maintain project plans and deliverables;
Implement and monitor project performance indicators (KPIs);
Manage project management tools and ensure data quality;
Participate in project meetings and ensure the traceability of decisions and actions;
Support the continuous improvement of project management processes;
Constantly follow up with the NPD group on the progress and implementation of various management tools (Manage, Project HUB, Polarion, etc.);
Propose solutions for the continuous improvement of existing processes;
Promote rigorous and responsible management of various NPD deliverables.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or college diploma in engineering, project management, or a related field.
Three to five years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Excellent command of project planning and management tools.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial and operational data.
Rigorous, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Ability to analyze and synthesize information.
