Description
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Act as a leader within development teams to ensure the monitoring of project deliverables under your responsibility;
- Ensure that the team meets the Time - Quality - Cost objectives set by the department and monitor performance indicators;
- Participate in weekly product orientation follow-ups;
- Participate in and/or present the delivery status of projects under your supervision;
- With the help of development buyers, quality engineers, and engineering project managers, establish appropriate procurement strategies;
- Communicate with peers in the vehicle group to coordinate activities related to joint projects;
- Support buyers in developing and maintaining their commodity strategies;
- Coordinate the procurement of accessories for various activities related to Marketing, Engineering, and International events.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any other related field;
- 5 years of experience in supply chain management;
- Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, in order to communicate with international suppliers on a daily basis.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, team-oriented, and excellent communicator;
- Strong ability to influence and motivate others;
- Versatile, independent, thorough, and strong analytical skills;
