YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Manage the human and budgetary resources necessary for Project Management.

  • Optimize and improve work processes and procedures with these customers and suppliers.

  • Handle escalations and resolve issues with these customers and suppliers.

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with other company executives.

  • Develop team members to advance individuals and project management practices.

  • Conduct all activities in accordance with established budgets and financial policies.

  • Participate in the strategic development of the department in collaboration with colleagues.

  • Be responsible and accountable for managing team projects from initiation to completion.

  • Perform all other related tasks associated with the position.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Possess a relevant university degree or equivalent training and experience in project management.

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in telecommunications or any other relevant field.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in personnel management.

  • Excellent communication and personnel management skills.

  • A special ability to manage and find solutions to disputes with stakeholders.

  • A strong ability to turn strategic vision into daily operations.

  • The ability to work under pressure.

  • Ability to communicate in French and English with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or unilingual English speakers on a daily basis
