Description
We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator for the North America Sales Team who will be tasked with helping us manage the allocation, use and budget of demonstration recreational vehicles, trailers, accessories and apparel for eligible employees in North America. By participating in the management of this program, you'll be helping to give the employee's brp of Sales Force, a taste of our customers' experience, improving their knowledge of BRP products, enabling them to share their passion for adventure and promote BRP’s products to dealers and customers. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales force and our dealer network to deliver an exceptional employee experience to our participants.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Prepare, monitor, and assist in managing the fleet-related budget.
- Coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle assignments and record management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of fleet processes and team workflows.
- Carry out vehicle registration, insurance processes, and related documentation.
- Provide administrative support and collaborate with internal departments.
- Ensure all vehicles comply with safety, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Support drivers with incident management, issue resolution, and onboarding to fleet policies.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- College diploma (DEC) in administration, human resources or other relevant training, or DEP in a similar discipline combined with relevant experience.
- Excellent organizational skills, rigour and attention to detail.
- Very good command of French and English, both spoken and written, in order to work with our partners in all our sites around the world.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in budgetary procedures, while demonstrating solid expertise in Excel.
- Cultivate a proactive and dedicated approach to customer satisfaction.
