As an Dealer Wholesale Financing Specialist, you play a key role in driving the financial performance of the dealer network. Acting as a central link between our organization, banking partners, and dealers, you combine credit analysis expertise, proactive risk management, and cross-functional leadership to ensure smooth transactions and strong business relationships.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Lead the strategic relationship with our banking partner to optimize inventory financing and resolve complex situations.
Assess dealers’ credit needs and act as a trusted advisor to support their growth.
Strengthen key partnerships with major dealers to ensure sustainable and high-performing collaboration.
Manage sensitive discussions regarding dealers’ financial health and payment performance.
Analyze network financial data to identify trends and anticipate risks.
Design KPIs and dashboards to provide clear visibility to sales and management teams.
Implement proactive governance across departments to prevent risks and maintain overall performance.
Participate in dealer councils, gather feedback on financing offers and partner service levels, and identify improvement opportunities.
Optimize processes to simplify transactions and maximize added value for dealers.
Manage blocked deliveries related to credit issues and ensure quick resolution.
Perform credit analysis and collection activities for internally financed accounts.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
Five to ten years’ experience in floorplan financing, credit and collection (portfolio) management
Computer literate with excellent command of MS Office (SAP and Power BI is a plus)
Fluent in English and French (Spanish is a plus)
Able to meet tight deadlines and cope with changes
Capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining focus on deliverables, attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work autonomously with little direction
Team-oriented, and customer-driven (service-minded) outlook
