This division of BRP is an opportunity for the company to increase accessibility to our products by reaching new entrants with a non-product-oriented mindset, focusing first and foremost on customer experience.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Based in Montreal, the coordinator will have dual reporting - to the Digital Experience Lead, and the International Business Lead for BRP Experiences. The Coordinator will have the opportunity to support the development of new and existing strategic partnerships as well as work on the new website.

Strategic Alliances responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in developing existing relationships with our current partners and identifying new alliances of value to our network

  • Working to ensure the agreed rights and benefits of the agreements are delivered

  • Create resources with the partner for the operations team to bring the network onboard

  • Prepare reports on engagement and different metrics to measure the partnerships success

  • Work closely with the operations team to identify opportunities for alliances

Digital Responsibilities

  • Website Adventure Uploads & Monitoring: Facilitate and coordinate operator adventure content creation and ensure it respects set parameters

  • Website Research Support: Assist digital lead with research and analysis for website improvements, ensuring the site is optimized for user experience and conversion.

  • Support with market trends, performance data, and competitor activities requests

  • Digital Agency coordination and sprint participation

  • Newsletter execution support: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and execution of newsletters, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and engages the target audience.

  • Performance monitoring support: Help track digital marketing performance and report key insights to optimize strategies.

  • Ensure follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders regarding website updates & marketing initiatives

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, operations or equivalent

  • Experience in dealing with partnerships, digital marketing or related marketing roles

  • Good understanding of CRM

  • Familiar with technological tools such as SalesForce, Google suite, Air Table, etc.

  • Comfortable building slides and presentations

  • Independence and flexibility, ability to take initiative and adapt to changes

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize numerous deliverables and to respect commitments

  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with different departments
