Business Analyst Manufacturing System

We are looking for a Business Analyst, Manufacturing Systems, reporting to the Manager, Global Manufacturing Systems, to help us gather, analyze, and document stakeholder requirements for manufacturing systems. In this role, you will play a key part in bridging operational teams and the development/vendor team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements, the quality of deliverables, and the success of deployments across manufacturing sites.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from operational teams to propose appropriate solutions.

  • Translate these requirements into clear functional specifications for IT teams or vendors.

  • Contribute to the documentation of processes, solutions, and user guides.

  • Participate in user testing, document results, and track issues.

  • Support users during testing and deployment phases, including preparing and delivering training when needed.

  • Participate in deployment activities and monitor issues in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • University or college degree in business administration, IT, engineering, or another relevant field.

  • Experience in business analysis within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Knowledge of transportation and manufacturing processes.

  • Strong communication and writing skills.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with a variety of stakeholders (operations, IT, management).

  • Proficiency with documentation and project management tools.
