Administrative Assistant, R&D

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant reporting to the ATV and SSV Engineering Managers and the Engineering Manager for Vehicle Body and Quality to support these teams. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth. You will be at the forefront in supporting the R&D teams in the development of innovative vehicles.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Offer administrative support to the ATV and SSV engineering teams and Vehicle Body and Quality Engineering and perform various follow-ups.

  • Coordinate and organize business travel and complete expense accounts.

  • Prepare the onboarding of new employees (access and computer equipment requests, convey the company culture, answer various requests).

  • Participate in meetings with other administrative assistants to exchange work methods.

  • Manage and process various information and confidential documents.

  • Prepare and process various purchase requests.


YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Training in administration, secretarial or another related field and a minimum of 2 years experience.

  • Ability to work with the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google suites.

  • Able to communicate in French & English, at least in writing orally with various employees from outside Québec and few monolingual English speaking team members on a daily basis.

  • Good decision-making and prioritization skills.

  • Organization and autonomy are essential.

  • Team spirit and resourcefulness.

  • Discretion and professionalism.
