Bobcat of Ottawa Valley is currently looking for a Service Technician-Mechanic for heavy equipment for Industrial machinery to deliver the desired customer service experience.

Service Technician Responsibility:

• Knowledge of these systems: electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and Tier 4 emissions
• Providing service & customer support at the shop and on dispatch calls
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Must complete before 60 days, bronze, silver and gold programs on Bobcat University on line.
• Operate vehicle & equipment in a safety manner
• Follow the procedures and protocols of the work environment
• Cooperate & communicate with the technical team
• Build positive relationships with customers & co-workers

Requirements:

• Proven work experience
• Good verbal & written communication skills, (bilingual is an asset English & French)
• Must have his own tools
• Work with laptop
• An ability to work well under pressure
• Problems solving skills
• Efficiency and organisation
• Team working skills
