As Junior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at BMO Capital Markets. We are looking for a proactive individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform by gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Junior Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management, including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.

We are looking for someone who wants to gain a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to continue learning. The Junior Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions. This role will work alongside other admins in the CRM group to provide Administration support for 2 Salesforce instances.

This is a varied, business-facing role with the following responsibilities:

• All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
• User support tickets
• Execute business unit test plans at the application level
• Salesforce Reporting
• Identifying and gathering requirements from users and stakeholders
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
• Monitoring user adoption
• User training and the creation of training materials
• Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions.
• Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
• Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
• Take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying our Risk Management Framework in the execution of your role, in line with our Risk Culture and within our approved Risk Appetite, making sound and risk informed decisions that align to business strategy, protect assets, and adhere to applicable policy documents (Frameworks, Policies, Standards, Procedures and Supporting documents), laws and regulations.

• Financial services (Capital Markets) knowledge.
• As a full-time employee, we would require 3-5 years of experience, however as part of the BMO campus program, we are looking for motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn.
• Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
