Responsible for supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations with a focus on CyberArk. Leads PAM initiatives, including CyberArk enhancements, new functionality, and process improvements. Provides subject matter expertise, manages complex incidents, and ensures compliance through documentation and audit support.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support PAM initiatives.
Collaborate and deliver PAM projects, including enhancements, new functionality, and change management for CyberArk.
Provide input into the planning and implementation of operational programs.
Provide subject matter expertise on PAM architecture and CyberArk solutions.
Design and implement advanced PAM processes, policies, and controls.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver strategic PAM initiatives.
Oversee onboarding of privileged accounts, vault configuration, and policy management in CyberArk.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
Mentor junior analysts and share technical expertise to strengthen team capabilities.
Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
Coordinate incident management activities, including complex troubleshooting and vendor engagement.
Participate in on-call rotation to support PAM incidents.
Create and maintain documentation for team processes and end-user guides.
Assist with audits by providing evidence, samples, and supporting discussions.
Be solution-oriented and resolve issues according to best practices and standards.
Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovative PAM solutions.
Manage complex tasks and unique situations with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment.
Qualifications:
2-4+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in Business or Computer Science, or a related field of study or an equivalent combination of formal training, or industry / technical certifications or work experience
Experience in information security or with systems and computer operations (e.g. Privileged Access Management, Identity & Access Management, IT operations, Certification & Key Management, Security Platform Administration, Security Incident Response)Experience in CyberArk Administration and supporting users with the product
Experience leading PAM projects
Knowledge of CyberArk components (Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM).
Strong knowledge of PAM architecture, security controls, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent documentation skills for both procedural and end-user materials.
Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Strong project coordination skills.
Ability to design and implement strategic PAM solutions.
Knowledge of Windows/Linux administration and Active Directory
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Good communication and documentation skills

The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
