Your Role

As Product Manager, you will act as the link between market needs, engineering teams, and commercial objectives to ensure the success of products throughout their entire lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define market requirements and product priorities.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to translate business challenges into product requirements.
  • Contribute to product roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
  • Support the launch and commercialization of new technology products.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling customer value propositions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and contribute to long-term product strategy.
  • Work closely with sales teams, channel partners, distributors, and strategic customers to support business growth.

Profile

  • Minimum of five years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Product Marketing, or a similar role within a complex B2B technology environment.
  • Proven experience launching or commercializing technology products.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in medical devices, digital health, healthcare technology, or hospital solutions.
  • Experience in aerospace, telecommunications, electronics, embedded systems, industrial technology, or audio technologies.
  • Experience working with enterprise, institutional, or industrial customers.
  • Experience in regulated industries.
  • Engineering degree or strong technical aptitude.
