Full-Stack Developer React & Node.js

Our client is a North American organization in the healthcare sector undergoing a major digital transformation. With operations across Canada and the United States, they are actively investing in innovative technologies to streamline their internal processes.

As part of a high-impact initiative, we are recruiting a Senior Full-Stack Developer to help design and build a brand-new web application in close collaboration with distributed teams. This is a key role within a lean, focused team—offering real opportunities to drive technological impact.

• Participate in the full development lifecycle of a new web application (frontend and backend).

• Collaborate with remote teams across Canada and the U.S. in an Agile environment.

• Integrate REST APIs and work with various database systems.

• Support the transition from a legacy application to a modern web platform.

• Apply best practices in security, performance, and maintainability.

• Mentor and guide a mid-level developer involved in the project.

• 5–7+ years of experience in full-stack web development.

• Strong skills in React, Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

• Ability to read and understand legacy code in C#, .NET, and WinForms (no new development required in these technologies).

• Excellent communication skills in English (daily collaboration with English-speaking colleagues).

• Team-oriented, autonomous, and technically rigorous.

• Experience or interest in building applications for tablets or mobile is a plus.
