The BlackBerry IoT Business Unit combines BlackBerry’s core IoT assets across the company. One of groups within the IoT Business Unit is BlackBerry Radar, which is an innovative service for managing and optimizing fleet operations for businesses in the transportation sector. Solving our customers most common transportation and logistics challenges, BlackBerry® Radar can be used for tracking trailers, intermodal containers & chassis, equipment, railcars and more.

The BlackBerry Radar team are hiring!

Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, we are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst who will engage with both customers and internal cross functional teams. In support of customer acquisition, retention and growth; you will have shared responsibility for ongoing operational activities as well as process and system improvements. The goal is to ensure a positive customer experience in all interactions with the business; while also helping the organization improve process and tools to support rapid growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Support Customer Success with operational needs relating to our customers, marketing, sales operations, and revenue
  • Perform data analysis, de-duplication, and cleanup as needed to ensure data integrity in Salesforce, NetSuite and Product Platform
  • Assist cross functional team as needed with ad hoc reporting and general requests
  • Assess, research, analyze and document business needs
  • Manage product set up in CRM and ERP
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards in CRM and ERP
  • Manage requirements, testing and change management for system improvements

YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Post-Secondary Education focused on Business Analysis or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a similar position and/or looking to step up to a senior
  • Ability to write and run SQL and ElasticSearch queries while demonstrating knowledge of database relationship
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, LeanData, Outreach, and/or Connect & Sell is a bonus
  • Strong organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally, across all organizations to drive new or enhanced technology projects
  • Ability to communicate and work closely with technology vendors and manage the business relationships for BlackBerry
