Sales Administrator (Part-Time)

Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Job Summary: This position requires a person with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will work directly with the Sales Manager with the ability to multi task and interact with customers and team members with courtesy and efficiency. Duties also include: managing vehicle inventory, inputting wholesale data and used car inventory on-line and file organization.

Shift Details: Part-Time

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive experience would be an asset.

• Strong telephone, computer (excel), and communication skills.

• Customer service experience is essential.

• This is a one-year term position
