Responsabilities

• Attend to all maintenance requests and general inquiries
• Able to identify and execute minor repairs or handle urgent issues.
• Able to communicate with, co-ordinate and complete work.
• Oversee cleaning of property (windows, carpets, floors, changing lightbulbs, etc).
• Some plasterwork, painting, doorframes, installation of doors, locks, etc.
• Oversee that the building in secure; elevators/air conditioning/alarm systems/heating systems/etc are in functional working order.

Skills and criterias

• Self motivated, responsible and knowledgeable tradesperson.
• Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance.
• Must have own tools
• Valid drivers license
• Construction site experience a requirement.
• Company truck will be provided.
