We are currently looking for a Storekeeper to join our team and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations that support our field and office teams.
Your Role
As a Storekeeper, you will play a key role in managing our warehouse. You’ll be responsible for keeping inventories up to date, coordinating orders, ensuring the right materials are always available for worksites, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. You will also collaborate with multiple departments to keep operations running seamlessly.
Main Responsibilities

Manage inventory levels and keep records accurate and up to date

Place orders, track deliveries, and process incoming goods

Distribute parts and equipment to different departments as needed

Handle warranty claims for defective water pumps

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and delivery conditions

Support operational teams by preparing urgent or specialized orders

Assist management in special projects and suggest process improvements

Assemble components when required

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse (including outdoor upkeep like snow removal)
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma (DES) completed
-
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management

Knowledge of drilling and geothermal fields (an asset)

Experience with IT systems, electricity, and plumbing
-
Familiarity with construction materials (an asset)

Ability to lift and move heavy loads (good physical condition)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Effective communicator with strong teamwork abilities

Valid driver’s license (Class 5)

Intermediate computer skills (Excel, inventory management software)

Excellent command of French (oral & written) and functional English
