This position will consist of contributing to the improvement of key operational execution processes through performance analysis.
Under the supervision of the Operational Performance Manager, the incumbent of this position will be responsible for analyzing performance with an operational vision at different scales. Using key performance indicators (efficiency, appointment booking times, conversion, retention, quality of execution, etc.), he/she will act as an advisor for the Operational Excellence unit.
His/her role will be to combine existing business intelligence and data analysis with the field reality as well as to plan the workforce following requests in order to best meet the capacity needs.
He/she will therefore have to create links with field specialists to seek business intelligence in the field, which will contribute to a better interpretation of the results.
By supporting its work with detailed data and analysis, this function will also support the Canadian regions in the implementation and development of workforce planning business practices. The person will be called upon to work closely with different managers across Canada and will also have to support, guide and coach field managers in the execution of processes.
In addition, the incumbent will be required to prepare several weekly, monthly and ad hoc analysis reports. He/she acts as a support for several operational projects. He/she is also very involved in the budget process and in the analysis of variances against the same budget. He/she is then responsible for modifying the forecasts based on his analysis and meetings with the various business units.
Requirements
University degree in Operations Management, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or any other relevant field.
3 to 5 years of professional experience.
Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.
Experience in the retail and distribution sectors (an asset).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Excel.
Familiarity with Power BI (an asset).
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or similar concepts).
