We’re looking for a Talent and Client Relations Consultant to coordinate staff operations across multiple sites while leading recruitment efforts for our clients. You’ll play a key role in managing teams, building lasting client and employee partnerships, and contributing to growing our presence in Ontario.

The main tasks:
- Conduct visits to clients’ job sites to maintain contact with our employees.
- Oversee daily operations for approximately 50 employees across multiple sites.
- Manage timesheet, shift scheduling, attendance, and absenteeism.
- Manage onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Drive business development by expanding industry networks and close follow ups.
- Source top talent, conduct screenings and interviews, and engage candidates proactively.
- Serve as health and safety liaison to ensure compliance and promote safe work conditions.
- Stay flexible to handle related tasks as needed.
- Perform any others related duties.
