Working alongside Tribunal Members, government partners, and community advocates, this team plays a meaningful role in helping people receive timely, impartial decisions that directly impact their access to essential supports.

The Role
As Director, Policy and Appeal Management, you lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Tribunal and turn the Chair’s vision into clear policies, processes, and practices that support fair and impartial appeal decisions. You actively guide work that improves access to justice, embeds equity, diversity, and inclusion into decision‑making, and removes barriers for people navigating the appeal process. This role offers meaningful impact, strong work‑life balance, and the chance to shape an accessible appeal system.
