HVAC Sales Representative
Greater Montreal | Full-time, Permanent | Base Salary ($80k) + Commissions

What You’ll Do Daily: The Engine Behind Our Service SolutionsYou will be the key point of contact for our clients, acting both as a BBP Énergie ambassador and a problem solver. You will be supported by a more technical internal representative.
Key Roles:
- Business Development: Drive efforts to acquire new clients (prospecting).
- Client Retention & Support: Maintain and grow relationships with existing and past clients.
- Service Sales: Draft and propose service and maintenance contracts, guiding clients toward the right solutions.
- Relationship Management: Conduct client visits and communicate proposed solutions (finding the right solution for client needs).
- Follow-up & CRM: Keep the CRM up to date and follow up on proposals to close deals.
- Strategic Role: Build a key position to grow our service department.
- Competitive Compensation: $80,000 base salary plus commissions (for retention and new clients) and performance bonuses for meeting overall objectives.
- Team & Management: Report directly to Martin (Director) in a friendly, supportive environment.
- Work Environment: On-site at our office and client locations.
- Impact: Contribute to improving the energy efficiency of real buildings.
We are looking for someone driven by client service, highly organized, and with a foundational knowledge of building systems.
- Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) and building automation (a major asset, not necessarily as an expert).
- Essential Qualities: Interpersonal skills, sales sense, proactive, autonomous, organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
- Languages: Bilingual (French and English).
- Assets: Experience in sales in building automation and/or knowledge of the Greater Montreal market.
- Experience: Open to various levels of experience. We are happy to be surprised by your network and skills.
