Auberge du Lac Taureau is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our guest services team.
Whether you already have experience in hotel front desk operations or want to develop your customer service skills, we are committed to providing you with the training, support, and tools you need to succeed. Above all, we are looking for professional, welcoming individuals who are committed to providing our guests with an exceptional experience.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an essential role in their experience by welcoming them, providing information, and assisting them throughout their stay.

Your role
- Welcome guests upon arrival and process check-ins and check-outs
- Answer telephone calls and emails
- Make reservations and modify existing bookings
- Provide information about the Auberge's services, activities, and facilities
- Process payments and handle billing transactions
- Respond to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a high-quality guest experience
Profile we're looking for
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay organized
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable using computer systems and software
- Experience in hotel reception, tourism, or customer service is an asset
- Fluent spoken and written French
- Intermediate English to communicate with our international guests
