Immediate Supervisor:
Human Resources Director
Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, the Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support and ensures the smooth execution of processes related to human resources management. This person plays a key role in coordinating daily administrative activities and maintaining an organized and compliant work environment.
Main Responsibilities: HR Support:Conduct pre-screening calls as part of the recruitment process;
Oversee the onboarding and integration process for new employees;
Prepare employee files, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and compliant;
Collaborate with the payroll department to communicate relevant information;
Update human resources policies, processes, and procedures;
Contribute to the implementation of other HR projects;
Welcome visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate person;
Draft internal communications and employee postings;
Update various administrative files;
Write and edit procedures established by the employer;
Order and manage office supplies inventory;
Perform any other related tasks.
College diploma in a related field;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role;
Excellent spoken and written French;
Proficient in computer and office environments;
Mastery of software applications (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams);
Experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Thoroughness and versatility;
Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment;
Autonomy and effective priority management;
