WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Greet customers and gather information about their needs;
Schedule appointments for SAAQ inspections;
Create and complete work orders accurately;
Clearly explain recommended repairs, estimated costs, and turnaround times;
Plan and coordinate work based on priorities and availability;
Track ongoing repairs and keep customers informed of progress;
Obtain the necessary authorizations before performing additional work;
Advise customers on preventive maintenance and anticipated repairs;
Manage challenging situations and ensure customer satisfaction;
Verify that the work performed meets standards before delivering the vehicle;
Prepare invoices and explain the details to customers;
Scan SAAQ documents and file them in SharePoint;
Follow up on scheduled SAAQ appointments in the coming days;
Perform any other duties related to the position;

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- A DEP in sales consulting (heavy trucks, construction equipment, parts sales or similar).
- Experience as a technical advisor or in a similar role.
- Do you have a real passion for trucks?
- Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills: you like to help others, listen to their needs and offer appropriate solutions with courtesy and professionalism.
