The salary range for this position is $43,500.00 - $58,000.00. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

What the day will look like
Joining a top-tier team, you will help deliver results for our clients. You will provide innovative and effective solutions within our Autoplan Division at Aon in Victoria, BC. The Autoplan Customer Service Representative position involves direct reporting to the Senior Vice President & Assistant Branch Manager.
- Analyze client inquiries by providing information on products, services and matching customer needs. Provide and process new/renewal and mid-term changes of registration, license plates, temporary operating permits, transfers, garage policies, floater plates, prorate plates, special coverage policies and cancellations for individual and fleet clients.
- Promote, explain and recommend coverage and additional products available.
- Maintain excellent working knowledge of ICBC products and guidelines, keeping up to date with changes and new guidelines.
- Maintain an established book of Commercial Auto business.
- Create documentation, processes, procedures, policies as required.
- Support the account management teams with commercial Autoplan inquiries.
- Perform other office administration related duties as needed or assigned.
We strive to collaborate between the Fleet, Commercial, and High Valued Property Departments to offer services between all lines of business. Your work will be hands on and varied. Not only will you be working with the commercial clients on their very interesting fleets, but there are also other commercial activities to help you progress in your insurance training and other office duties. Locally we have a small Fleet team but the support and additional resources of our Vancouver team.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- 2+ years Autoplan experience.
- Knowledge of fleets and garage policies.
- Outstanding MS Office skills; including Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Experience with ICBC batching and inventory.
- Insurance Brokers Association of British Columbia (IBABC) Level Two (2) License required.
