  • Understand administrative procedures and processes, adjust them and even challenge them, collaborating with the client.
  • Develops and updates applicable requirements documents, including plan provisions (SPP), data, web self-service functionality, personal communication for members (PCS) and reports.
  • Provides subject matter expertise to external partners and company departments in the area of pension plans, pension administration, operation processes and administration platforms
  • Reviews the testing strategy to ensure all requirements are covered and the test plan is carefully detailed
  • Ensures proactive follow-up of requirements documentation, and manages client and internal expectations until final approval, in consideration of the project plan.
How this opportunity is different

You will have the ability to contribute to exciting projects which help redefine the Canadian pension administration services.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

The Requirements Analyst is a very detailed self-starter, can self-manage their workload and projects, and adapt to the audience and evolving priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, or equivalent work experience in an analytical area
  • 5+ years of pension administration work experience.
  • Laws and protocol expertise on defined benefits pension plans
  • French / English bilingualism is required due to the frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally.
  • Analytical skills and problem resolution in a collaborative environment involving multiple collaborators
  • Experience with system implementations, desired
