Assistant Vice President, Account Executive - Private Client

The salary range for this position is {$64,000 - $97,900}. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

What the day will look like
Existing Clientele
- Analyze client specific risk exposure and detail coverage requirements for High-Net-Worth clients.
- Deliver continuous excellence in servicing an existing portfolio of clients
- Establish contacts and cultivate relationships within the underwriting community to achieve the best terms and coverage for Aon clients
- Gain and maintain a thorough understanding and knowledge of available Aon resources and solutions, and match those to client requirements.
New Business
- Prepare and present marketing proposals for prospective new business
- Collaborate with Aon group, commercial and health & benefits colleagues to develop marketing initiatives for new prospective private clients within their existing clients
- Act as the visible face of Aon to clients and prospective clients in the community.
- Develop and maintain external centres of influence for lead generation and continuous pipeline
Key Performance Indicators
- Meet established sales and retention targets
- Support leadership in the family office structure and 1–3-year business strategy
- Perform other related duties as assigned to deliver business results and distinctive client value

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- University or College degree in business, insurance, risk management preferred, or equivalent years of work experience in a relevant industry.
- 5-7 years of experience in personal risk management and insurance ideally with a focus on the high-net-worth private clients
- RIBO licensing is required
- CIP, FCIP and CAIB or working towards, are considered an asset,
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
- Epic experience preferred
