Purpose of the Role

The Credit Agent’s main responsibility is to support the company by analyzing and approving financing applications. • For certain files, validate and detect anomalies in identity documents, proof of income (pay stubs, Notice of Assessment, benefits), employment letters, and proof of address.

  • Calculate debt load and repayment capacity to support decision-making.

  • Ensure each file is complete and compliant before disbursement.

  • Document decisions and justification in the system; maintain a high level of accuracy for quality reviews and compliance.

  • Contact approved customers to finalize agreements, explain conditions, and answer questions.

  • Ensure outstanding customer service.

  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
