Job objective

Alterfina is currently growing rapidly and has just entered the Ontario market. This naturally brings with it a growing need to hire new employees who are fully bilingual.

The main responsibilities of the clerical agent are to support the collection team with data entry and file digitization.

Duties and responsibilities

Two positions to be filled:

  • Receive documents from our partners.
  • Fill-out the received documents with the requested details and return them by email once completed.

or

  • Scan checks.
  • Enter financial transactions (receipt of a transfer, agency payment, or check) in the LMS customer statement.

And

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor or related to the position.

Required knowledge and skills

  • High school diploma.
  • One year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while remaining motivated and committed.
  • Recognized for your efficiency, resourcefulness, and organizational skills.
  • Recognized as a team player.
  • Ability to work with great precision to avoid errors.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
  • Strong technological skills.
  • Bilingualism, both oral and written (communication in French is very important since our team is predominantly French-speaking, but communication in English is essential since we now serve a growing English-speaking clientele).
